Sonora Palm Lamp takes inspiration from science fiction and the desert. It was constructed and carved by hand over many hours. Every time I made a change I had to do it 20 times (2 rows of 10 vents). The shade rests on the base with 4 little feet, and is held on by gravity (don’t bump it too hard). It has a small crack on the top, but it does not bother me (see last pictures for details).
Glazed stoneware fired to cone 10. Unglazed bottom. Standard 2-prong plug for US outlets. Standard lightbulb not included.
